Yes, we are able to tailor our programs to fleets of all sizes.

Are you able to provide ongoing support?

Yes, we work with clients on an ongoing basis if that’s the help they need.
We can oversee the implementation of new fleet policies and stay on board to
help monitor/deliver cost reductions. We can even arrange the purchase of new
vehicles, trade-ins etc.

Can you conduct a fleet review for a large fleet to identify
improvements?

Yes, we specialise in conducting comprehensive fleet reviews for medium to large
fleets. Fleet Advisory has developed a proprietary framework for conducting these
reviews that has been used within government, not for profit organisations
and businesses.

What locations do you cover?

Fleet Advisory is based in Sydney but conducts fleet consulting work across
Australia. Depending on the requirements we can do a lot of work remotely
these days but will travel to conduct physical inspections and meetings, wherever
required.

Will you assist us implement a fleet related project?

Yes, we can work with you on specific tasks or projects.

Do you have other experienced people with complimentary skills
to assist with large fleet projects?
